Shipping and Returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times for orders are 24 to 72 business hours from the time the order is placed (only for shipments within mainland Spain; the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are excluded). If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you to let you know.
Once the order has been placed, changes to the shipping address are not permitted unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly agreed between both parties.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be itemized in your final order summary. Shipping costs are as follows:
- Spain (Peninsula): €3.99
Free shipping: Shipping costs will be free on purchases over €30 (only for shipments within the Peninsula; excludes Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
Change of transport agency: We reserve the right to change the transport agency selected by the customer to guarantee the best possible service in the shipment of the goods.
Can I request that an order be shipped outside of Spain?
We currently do not ship outside of Spain. If you wish to place an order outside of Spain, please contact us at paint@spsil.es, and we will find the best way to get your order to you.
What happens if I'm not at the address I provided when the courier arrives to deliver the order?
After the first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notification so you can contact them and schedule a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the address you provided or to one of the carrier's offices. If the second attempt also fails, the order will be canceled and we will refund the amount minus the return shipping costs.
What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?
If you have not received your order within 5 working days of confirmation, please contact us at paint@spsil.es.
Returns
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item due to a defect or order error, you must contact us via email. paint@spil.esWe only accept returns in the following situations:
- Defective product: If the product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a refund.
- Order error: If the product received does not match the one you ordered, you can return it.
- Incorrect or defective product upon opening the package: If the item does not match the description or has defects upon opening, the return will be accepted provided that it is notified within the established deadlines.
Deadline for making a return:
The maximum time limit for requesting a refund is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, we will not be able to accept the return of the product.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once we approve the return, verifying that the item is in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging complete, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within a few days, depending on your bank's policy.
Remember that Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the Return shipping costs will be borne by the customerThese expenses will be deducted from the price of the refunded product.
